I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
The process took months and is completely one-sided communication from the company via no-reply emails. I have excellent experience and was very prepared for the interview which was virtual. I presented myself professionally in business attire while my interviewer showed up in a big slouchy sweater. Interview questions were very scripted and some were redundant, but I answered all questions thoughtfully and asked a couple of my own and expressed my sincere interest in the role. Next day - another impersonal email of rejection. No feedback/no reasons. Stitch Fix really should pay a bit more professional respect to their applicants who have committed months of their time to this ridiculous process. I know now that I don’t belong there. Be aware.
