I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2015
Interview
Very informal and 40 minutes in length. The interview was more of a chat then a question/answer session. People interviewing were very young and didn't seem to be with the company a very long time. Interviews were set up back to back for 3 days straight. No one wrote down a word I said, so I'm not sure how they remembered who the best candidate for the job was.
