3 steps : submit Resume, if approved you profile a client with mock styling choose what they should wear and write a note . Then you go to Group interview
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied and followed up with a personal note to recruiter. Had a quick phone chat, then was brought onsite. Interview onsite mostly consisted of talking about fashion, trends, how to style for different types of women. Was shown different outfits and asked to describe them. The woman I interviewed with was gracious and kind. I wouldn't say that I nailed it, but I did well enough to pass and get the job. If you're completely clueless about fashion, you might have a hard time. But if you're completely clueless about fashion, you're probably not interested in working for Stitch Fix!

Online web cam Zoom meeting with only one person, she was great to talk to and very nice!
