I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Prior to being called in for the in person interview, there was a "one-way" interview, which is sitting in front of a webcam and recording responses to 4 or 5 questions. You can record as many times as you want and the company gives you about a week to complete the process. Then I was called in for an in person interview a few days after submitting my video responses. The interview was one of the best I've had. Everyone was very friendly and easy going. I had a three person panel and it still felt very relaxed and not at all intimidating. Basic questions regarding customer service experience and why I wanted to work for the company. The interviewers were very fun and personable and made me feel at ease, which allowed me to really be myself.
Very quick and the questions were very standard. There were two people in the room switching off with who asked the questions while the other one typed. I got a tour of the office and offered water etc, so it was a very pleasant experience. They got back to me very quickly with an answer!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
30 minute shadowing, in person interview, phone call observation, writing sample. To get an in person you have to complete a phone interview first and then follow with an in person. Then they email you if you received an offer over a week later. My phone interview was a month before my in person and my in person was 6 weeks out from the earliest start date.
