It all started with a 3rd party recruiter. I wasn't even in the market at the time but he caught my interest so I went forward with it. Total process was about 3-4 months, so be patient. There was a solid 2 months between my first interview and my second interview. That has to do with travel schedules of your interviewers, so be ready for that. Largely a sales focused organization so you have to show that you can sell yourself in the interview. Two person panel, your direct boss, and his/her boss.
