Pretty standard interview process BUT will not tell you the pay range for this position until the 3rd or 4th interview. So while you are taking time out of your day to prepare for the interview and the interview it’s self you might not know if it’s in your range. I find this very disrespectful and makes me question how the organization is ran internally.
