After an initial five-minute phone screen, I was invited back the next week for two 45-minute interviews that ran back to back. The first round was the hiring manager and someone else. The second interview was with two team leads for the product I would support. Both rounds were very friendly and professional. The hiring manager was a little more solemn, as you would expect, but still friendly. Questions were the same as most other interviews of this nature, basically wanting to know how I handled difficult clients or situations in the past and how I solved a difficult problem. Several questions related to the same topic. The hiring manager also asked me where I saw myself in five years. Overall the interviews were positive. I would have accepted an offer because I like their products and I got along great with the interviewers. But I haven't received a response since then. It's been over a week so assuming I wasn't chosen. I would recommend interviewing if you get called.
