I went through seven rounds, including three panel interviews and a case presentation—a process more suited for a Principal-level role. Yet, the offer was for a Manager title with Manager pay. The process was disorganized from the start, and after over a month of interviews, they ghosted me for two weeks with no update. The recruiter even pretended to be out of office while they cycled through other candidates.
In the end, I wasn’t selected—which is fine. But the lack of transparency and basic professionalism is not. After that level of effort, a simple rejection call with feedback would have been the bare minimum.
If this is how they treat candidates, it raises serious questions about how they operate internally. Proceed with caution.
