Storable Senior Analyst interview questions

Had a great conversation with a recruiter, who actually went above and beyond by noticing that I had completed two separate applications for the company. He reviewed each individual role and after discussing my skills and experience, alluded to one potentially being a better fit than the other. He assured me that I would remain in consideration for both roles and would be in contact with me soon to follow up. I was then ghosted and never heard back. I am beginning to wonder if my interview was purely to fill a diversity quota for interviews. It left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth and after reading other reviews from this company, I see that it is a regular occurrence.
