I reached out to STORD on AngelList. Sean responded immediately and scheduled a 30 minute phone screen. In this conversation, I got to learn more about STORD and the specifics of the position. I then had a phone interview with their Operations Manager and Director of Business Development, both who were well-prepared, engaging and excited about their company's growth. I then visited the office for an in-person interview with three members of STORD's team. They asked challenging, insightful questions! The energy of this company is palpable! Everyone I came into contact with in my interview process was young, hungry and incredibly bright. They were incredibly respectful of me as a candidate and moved quickly in their interview process.
