Swift. I was contacted about setting up an initial phone interview with a recruiter 10/1, and 10/29 was my first day. It consisted of three rounds: phone interview with a recruiter, phone interview with a hiring manager, and then finally a set of three individual interviews, 2 of which I would work with directly. Generally, interviews were set up the next working day which is what contributed to such a speedy process. Most of the people I came in contact with were unbelievably nice.

Interview
I was very comfortable throughout the whole interview process! The vibe was more conversational, and not so much straight question/answer, which I enjoyed. I had 5 interviews total; I started with an initial phone call with the recruiter (20-30 min), and heard back almost immediately about moving on to the next round, which was a 30 min phone call with the person that would be my direct supervisor. The next and final round consisted of three 30-min Zoom interviews with 3 different people, two who would be on my team, and the last was with my direct supervisor again. It seems like a lot of interviews at first, but they weren't too formal/overwhelming, and I believe I was able to get a really great feel of the company because of them.
