I applied through Flexjobs for this role at Storyblok. The Head of Talent invited me for an initial interview which I completely accepted (very thrilled!). I had an amazing experience during this interview. It wasn't a traditional type of interview as you had to be move-involved. I liked that he was eagerly listening and ask interesting questions. I also made sure I asked my important questions regarding the company and the role. I was surprised by their intention to make globalization in general aspect genuine as I made my research and this company is a dream place to work at! I am looking forward to discussing the opportunity further with the team and CEO.
