after I apply for this job they answer quickly by email and they say that I have a good background but they refused because I am not in EU and they say they did not have visa sponsorship.

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, we do not sponsor visas/relocations because we are a remote-first company. That means all our team members work fully remotely from their home country or wherever they are currently living. We are sorry if you understood anything differently. Good luck!
