This organization is super disorganized and can’t even align on goals internally. They wasted my time over multiple months with many different HR staff and a time consuming assignment and presentation. The people are nice enough but they don’t understand how to scale their business or what is needed from an employee skill set to build processes. They just make you do the research so they can steal your ideas and use them as their own. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth and leads me to think that leadership needs some serious direction in order to be effective.
