The only positive thing I can highlight is the recruiter Smita, other than that > It took them 7 weeks to make a decision and in the end, there was only a classic generic email saying no but no feedback session offer, even though I spent 7 weeks of my time. If you are going to start a hiring process with them I suggest looking at the other comments first.
