The entire interview process was quite chaotic. TA would schedule calls to dates I hadn't given availability to. In all 3 stages I attended the interviewers seemed like they weren't paying attention and just reading off a script. As a manager, I had to present my management exercises to people who would be my direct reports, not peers. In the end I was ghosted. Very weird and amateurish experience.
