They were pampering me with compliments, but did a good job explaining all the important details about the company and its benefits. Next, I had a virtual interview with one of the engineers, and it felt like a conversation. I remember being asked one technical question, which I thought I botched, but I was invited to the onsite interview, which would've been 3 x 45-minute conversations. I accepted an offer at another company so I declined the on-site.
