Applied online, had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a zoom interview with a technical recruiter. I think there may have been another step beyond that. They have you sign an NDA so I can't go into specifics which is unfortunate for this exact scenario. They asked me some technical questions of which the technical recruiter was actually wrong on one. I double checked even though it was somewhat basic but still verified that they are basically giving engineers a technical quiz and grading one incorrectly. They even stated that many get this wrong, which is obviously because they were wrong and not that most engineers can't pass an basics quiz.
