Interview
Had a screening call with the recruiter, extremely nice guy, he asked me about my background, experience and my fitness regimen. Being a fitness-focused company, he made very clear how important it is for them that you have an athlete's way of viewing things. Work hard, see results.
In the following weeks, I had coding challenges given to me, of varying degrees of difficulty.

Rushed process, the hiring manager gave short answers like she wasn’t interested in proceeding with the interview with understandable but if shouldn’t feel like that from the start. Not sure what some questions would have related to the job in hand, you want someone technical so that should have been the focus
