Strava is a great team and conducted a very smooth interview process. After an intro call, I had a phone screen. The screen in my case consisted mostly of describing challenging products that I've worked on previously. I came in for an onsite a few days later. The team is super passionate and many of them are runners or cyclists themselves. The onsite consisted of three technical interviews and a few fit/personality sessions. The technical interviews included: an iOS-specific whiteboard coding challenge, an iOS pair programming session and a general programming whiteboard challenge. I ultimately accepted a different offer but Strava seems like an amazing team to work with. Good luck!
