Applied on the Strava site directly and got an invitation for a phone interview two weeks later. The recruiter was supposed to call me on Zoom but didn't show up. I emailed 10 minutes later to see where he was. No reply. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and sent an email to reconvene on a different date but got no reply. After 2 more emails it was clear that there would be no interview. It is very rude not to turn up to a prearranged meeting. It's even worse not to have the decency and courtesy to apologise and provide an explanation.
