I recently interviewed at Strava and had a generally positive experience throughout the process. I went through three interviews, and I found everyone I spoke with to be incredibly nice and welcoming. They made a great effort to create a comfortable atmosphere, which I appreciated. However, after my final interview, I haven't heard back from them, which left me feeling a bit ghosted. While I understand that hiring processes can take time, a simple follow-up would have been appreciated to close the loop. Overall, I enjoyed the interviews, but the lack of communication post-interview was disappointing. I hope they improve their follow-up process in the future.
