After the initial HR call, I had 4 interviews with managers from different teams and 2 wrap-up calls.
So overall, it was 7 calls.
What's disappointing is that Strava didn't provide any feedback after such a long interview process. After 7 calls, I received a standard 'thank you for your time, but we chose another candidate' response. When I reached out to HR asking for more feedback to see how I could improve in the future, I received an email stating that they 'can't provide further feedback...'.
Interviewers itself were very friendly. I had a positive experience, but the way the company handles feedback is unprofessional and ruined it all. In my opinion, it's something the company should improve. When a candidate spends their time joining 7 calls with the company, an automated rejection email at the end tells a lot about the company's values.
