Jarringly poor interview experience-- recruiter couldn't answer any followup questions re: the role and was clearly reading questions off of a piece of paper without understanding what they were asking. Did not instill confidence that they could properly communicate my experience alignment to the hiring manager.
Of all the interviews I've had, this stuck out as unexpectedly poor candidate experience and caused concern about the level of talent internally.
