I was contacted soon after applying online and scheduled an interview for a few days later. It was a 45 minute interview with a technical exercise. I was interviewed by a developer, not by a hiring person. They wanted to know a lot about my use of Strava, what I think of it, why it's better than comparable apps, and ways in which I think their product can improve.
