Appeared legitimate, but lacked depth. I was looking for more information on expected growth. I wanted to hear more about how my performance effect my outcome in six months or any year or in two years with the company .
Very easy and causal convo. Talked about opening the store and processes that are currently in place. Talked about the onboarding and training certifications Good first job, pay not great
The interview process went smooth until the interview itself. This company is not worth working for, the pay is set up horribly for GMs and they asked a question during election time ( Red or Blue?) and i totally feel like that is morally wrong.
