Virtual one-way interview via wedge, then was texted by owner to set up phone interview. Had phone interview with owner, which was followed up by another text asking to set up in person interview with owner. Was then promptly ghosted by owner when attempting to schedule the in-person. Mid conversation. No response since.

Process was very short and easy to go through. I was hired within 3 weeks of the interview, and the interview lasted a little over an hour. The dress code was business casual, and the interview was stress free.
