Stripe Analyst interview questions

Short call with talent acquisition, standard. Then given a ‘written assignment’ which included analysing a dataset and putting 4/5 slides together which answered some questions. Also two sql questions. Given 5 days to do this but encouraged to do it in less. While the assignment was pretty standard for a role like this, doing all that analysis and not getting to present it was strange. Never come across a situation where you write down your insights and not present them, so I thought this stage didn’t represent real life.

Screen, call with hiring manager, take home assessment, presentation and 1:1 interviews. All in all it was probably ~10 hours of work and interview time. The take home assessment took a lot of time even though it said not to spend more than 2 hours on it. Interviewers were all friendly and asked good questions. Recruiter was really great and always keeping me updated.
