Interviewers were really nice. They really took their time and spoke very well. Unique interview process with Debugging, Bug Squash and Integration rounds
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (Berlin) in Oct 2023
Interview
I have applied online and got reply from the recruiter the same day. But interestingly the first round was technical coding interview. After passing that, I had an interview with the recruiter and after that I was invited for a virtual onsite which consists of 5 separate interview rounds(Programming, Integration(still coding), System Design, Bug Squash and Manager interview) and it lasts total of 5 hours. They also mention that I can divide the onsite to two days but I decided to do it in single day. In the end, I didn't get an offer but I've enjoyed the process. Recruiter was very responsive from the first moment of my application and throughout the process. They even offered an short feedback meeting afterwards, which I really appreciate. I would say this was one of the smoothest interview process/interactions I had.

I can't say the specifics, but practicing LeetCode can help with the coding challenges. And for integration interview, you would need to make api calls, open/save file etc.
