I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2025
Interview
OA, few rounds of interviews. OA is a 60min hacker rank but not usual leetcode style as it is OOP design. Problem itself is not too difficult but time consuming and need to be precise so that you don’t spend time debugging much.
I applied online. I interviewed at Stripe (New York, NY) in Dec 2025
Interview
OA, then Tech Screen and if you get through those then there is a virtual onsite round which is 3 hours with integration, bug squash and technical round and then you meet with hiring manager and I think get a team assigned.
The interviewers are generally nice, but the recruiters keep changing every time for each interview and doesn’t provide any feedback. The recruiters often ghost for no reason. The communication is hard and difficult. It seems to be poor management
Interesting interview process. I wish they give out feedback for the amt of rounds they make you do though. Appreciated the company specific questions but also wish there were more conversations with the team through the process
