Got OA after 2 weeks. No further interviews as i did not pass the oa. It was on hackerrank with shared camera and shared screen to prevent cheating i guess

Question 1
There was 1 task with 3 subproblems. The problems were not difficult but it takes some time to understand the problem. I forgot some cpp string function so i didnt want to tab on google to search for it in case it would flag me for cheating. The problem wasnt leetcode style, the part of the problem was to do some queries on a data set, do something similar to sql joins and query

Interview
OA, then Tech Screen and if you get through those then there is a virtual onsite round which is 3 hours with integration, bug squash and technical round and then you meet with hiring manager and I think get a team assigned.
The interviewers are generally nice, but the recruiters keep changing every time for each interview and doesn’t provide any feedback. The recruiters often ghost for no reason. The communication is hard and difficult. It seems to be poor management
Interesting interview process. I wish they give out feedback for the amt of rounds they make you do though. Appreciated the company specific questions but also wish there were more conversations with the team through the process
