6 rounds plus 1 assignment.
HR screen, peer review, assignment, 4 rounds of interviews based on different company values. once you pass the first 3 rounds then you will move to the 4 interviews which does not give pass/fail until every one has completed and given their evaluation.
One of the poorest processes I've come across. The initial call with the (internal) recruiter was actually a mini-interview with STAR questions - without any warning. The next stage was an interview with the hiring manager which was pretty non-descript. However, for this mid-senior position they wanted to continue with the process of a 3-part written exercise, 6x panel interviews and (!) two more executive interviews after that. Since I would to find a job earlier than 2025, I declined. In my view the process is completely disproportionate to the job level.
