Then comes offer letter which i received and post that got a call from hiring manager stating you are not hired please call in december. No answers to any questions just same old statement.

Skip the HR screening and did the DS manager screening. waited for a week and did the written project. waited another 2 weeks and scheduled the final virtual onsite (5 rounds splited into 2 days) and waited about 2 weeks for the decision and had a feedback call with the recuriter.
