Question 1
What is your management style and how have you lead a team through a challenging situation?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe in Mar 2020
Interview
Through a mutual connection I was able to find and contact the hiring manager, which kicked off the interview process. One assignment (which claims to be 2-4hrs but realistically 10-12) and then final round of 5 back-to-back 1:1 VC interviews. I think I did well on the assignment and skipped an interview in the middle for review. Recruiter came back 2hrs later to say I passed.
The interviews were thoughtful and well-planned. All the interviewers were genuinely nice and friendly, which made the process easier. It was a mix of case studies and behavioral but they aligned well to each other and gave a good overview of the role.
