Interview
The interview process took about 3 weeks, I initially met with the Recruiting Manager, Orna in a coffee shop across from the Stripe office, I was quite anxious about the prospect of moving to Stripe at the time, so it was a nice first step/gentle approach to getting me in to the recruitment process and interested in Stripe. I found her to be incredibly insightful, very approachable and understanding. I then interviewed with a few members of the recruiting team in Dublin and a Sales Manager. I also did a scheduling test, a written assignment and then a final round with two members of the recruiting team from the U.S. and then the COO. Everyone I met throughout the process was incredibly friendly, had a very impressive background and very passionate about Stripe. My recruiter Kelda did an incredible job of providing support, guidance and helpful tips throughout the process.

Had a brief 30 minute "behavioral" phonically interview. A couple days later I got an email saying they were not moving forward. I did not get any real feedback on why I was not selected to move on to the next round.

Interview
I applied through the stripe site and was contacted within a few days to set up an interview through a scheduling tool- the interviewer ended up having to reschedule just prior to our meeting, but we did finally connect.
Initial interview was pretty basic with general questions, the interviewer was personable and gave me a take home test consisting of composing answers to a series of emails to be completed in three business days.
I was not able to submit my test to the link provided as it was no longer active after 1 day, so I emailed it to the recruiter as indicated if there were issues submitting and have not heard from them since.
Stripe seemed like an interesting place to work, but the recruiting process leaves a bit to be desired.
