1st stage was a phone interview from the internal recruiter about my profile and experience 2nd round was another phone interview with a member of the team, talking about the same things but with situation questions as well I contacted the internal hr to have a feedback 3 days after it, It was very generic, they didn't provide a good justification and tips for improvements. So I asked to the 2nd interviewer what went wrong and she didn't reply to me at all. Very upset about this, you should always provide a feedback to your candidates or reply at least. I wouldn't advise to apply for this company, time wasting.
