Initially applied and hear back a few months later. Was told position desperately needed to be filled and asked if I was interested.
Initial phone screening with recruiter was good and asked about my background as well as telling me about company culture.
Second round was a 45 minute phone call with my potential manager. About a day later got confirmation that I was moving to final round which was a 4 hour, 8 person on site interview.
Recruiter even spoke to me before hand to let me know what to expect and how best I can prepare. This was a really excellent and nice gesture.
My onsite was very good. First person I spoke with seemed almost confused as to why they we're interviewing me. Most of the interviewers were kind and very interested in my background. The office had almost an urban outfitters vibe with trendy kitchy artwork and free drinks and snacks. I felt faint towards the end as I didn't get a good chance to snack on anything.
I was told a few days later that I was not selected. I was confused and disappointed since I thought I did very well to answer the needs of the business. Oh well.
Overall very good process and I wish luck to the company.
