I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
1. Phone Screening: pretty straightforward basic get to know you questions. ex: Why Stripe?
2. Writing Sample: Tricky, scenario based questions. Not bad, they provide tools to draw on. Just make sure you can write clearly and concise.
3. Onsite Skills Test:
Part 1: Overall test was okay, they need to improve the format. Not very clear, easy but misleading. I think what's most important here is how quickly you can complete the task, which is sorta a shame because the content should be just as important as efficiency. Mainly scheduling questions and prioritization.
Part 2: Meet with a recruiter, not too tough just want to know more about you.
4. Onsite meet with different recruiters and hiring managers, lunch with a coordinator included.
Overall great experience and friendly team. Beware, they drag on the hiring process when it really doesn't need to be that long. Would still recommend.

Question 1
How do you stay organized? How do you prioritize work? Why Recruiting?
Had a brief 30 minute "behavioral" phonically interview. A couple days later I got an email saying they were not moving forward. I did not get any real feedback on why I was not selected to move on to the next round.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Stripe (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied through the stripe site and was contacted within a few days to set up an interview through a scheduling tool- the interviewer ended up having to reschedule just prior to our meeting, but we did finally connect.
Initial interview was pretty basic with general questions, the interviewer was personable and gave me a take home test consisting of composing answers to a series of emails to be completed in three business days.
I was not able to submit my test to the link provided as it was no longer active after 1 day, so I emailed it to the recruiter as indicated if there were issues submitting and have not heard from them since.
Stripe seemed like an interesting place to work, but the recruiting process leaves a bit to be desired.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
1. Recruiter Screen 2. Written Project 3. Onsite (virtual interview w/5 different people) 4. Recruiter Debrief 5. Recruiter Follow up with decision Stripe did a very good job with their recruiting coordinator team to make the scheduling aspect of the multiple interviews very easy and seamless.
