Interview
There are five rounds of interviews with a take home project and technical phone screens. The onsite interview consists of 6 back to back interviews, each for 45 minutes long. Team members are very friendly and easy to talk with. It is worth to note that the recruiting team is quite unprofessional with delayed email responses and scheduling onsite interviews at very last minute. There seems to be an expectation of candidates being very flexible / accommodating to Stripe's interview timeline.

Question 1
Can you share a project experience on how you collaborate with others?
Got the standard HR screening and an interview with a hiring manager. Then was given a take home case assignment. They said it would take <8 hours; it ended up taking nearly double that. A lot of time was spent trying to open their data files (given in 1m+ row Excel files). You synthesize and write a proposal document to submit for review.
sql, take home test with coding, stats. mixture of different assessments all in one day.
task related to modelling of customer spend freqency/churn, was also asked about competencies, and ab testing.

Interview
I had a screening call with a senior, turned out he’s not the hiring manager. Then, I had a take home assignment. Then, they just told me that there’s no team that matches with me, and I just have to wait.
