Initial call, take-home coding interview, phone call to review work. Their recruiter never returned my three emails asking whether I was considered for the next round.
It is okay if I did not make it, but I would expect to be treated humanely and acknowledged for my time on the 16 hour take-home project.

Recruiter Call, HM Call, Take-home assignment, virtual Onsite.
Very good HM screen, lots of relevant experience. Talked through past experience, how to tackle problem on the team.
Then received take-home; Spent ~12h instead of the 4-8h on it. Assignment is what a whole team would work on (definition of problem, solve the problem). Wrote up code as much as possible and business doc outlining the issues & solutions. Sent results and got rejects, never got any feedback; Horrible experience for a Senior candidate with multiple offers from the standard top-tech companies
