There is a team screen, written project, and then a few hours of onsite interviews, It's very different to your typical interview process, less of what you know (although that's important too) and more how you think and solve problems.

Interview
I interviewed with Stripe in November 2021 for the OBA role. The interview process was challenging but quick, straightforward and extremely interesting. I learned a lot about Stripe in each and every round, and every person that I spoke to working there was very ambitious and motivating. I had three interview rounds: (1) screening call with hiring manager, (2) cultural fit interviews with two managers, (3) technical interviews involving a small case study and a presentation. My experience interviewing at Stripe has been one of the best ones I have had - mostly because of the people working there. Can definitely recommend to anyone!
