Interview
You apply online and almost instantly get sent a link to complete an assessment on HackerRank. You get an hour and a half to complete the assessment consisting of two sections: 1. Coding a mini-stripe program by taking input of about 7 lines and extracting variables from this input to conclude to your output. It was very hard I did not complete this.
2. Answering two questions by writing your opinion (more open-ended). I did not get a chance to answer this as I spent the whole time trying to figure out the coding question.

Have only had the first interview so far. Not leetcode style - basic loops + string extraction multi-part interview. Had to write test cases myself and was asked about edge cases. Waiting on the virtual onsite now.

Question 1
All that was needed in the question was string manipulation, loops, accessing dictionary. In the last part (discussion) the answer was BFS/DFS traversal but everything other than that was your programming 101.

I'm writing about the online Hackerrank challenge. It was fairly simple, although you did need to write more code than usual, especially since they gave you the input as strings.
