A long process that includes HR, HM, take home case (it does take a lot of time), key team members and on-site (I didn’t make to this point). People who interviewed me were extremely nice. HR were super helpful as well. Even though I wasn’t hired, he didn’t ghost me or send auto-rejection. He took the time to close the loop with me so I really appreciate it. I say this because I had extremely bad experience interviewing with Affirm.
