Super lengthy interview process. Requires an assignment, asks for 3 companies that are ideal customers for Stripe and asks to explain why. Never talked about it during the interview so they probably just freeload off your work and use it as an indicator if you can at least hit it in the ballpark. In the interview itself, they ask you to draw 3 graphs to show how Stripe is doing in the startup segment and then asks you to explain the graphs. Overall...I think it's a pretty lengthy and detailed process and I don't think all the questions are great indicators if you are a good fit for the job. Be prepared to be think on your feet, any question is fair game really.
