Received an email from a recruiter asking to pick an available time for an interview, didn't specify who I was interviewing with. I thought it was with HR. I entered the zoom call 2 mins before it was set to start, the interviewer showed up 15 mins late and didn't even apologized for it or mentioned it. I had emailed the HR person asking if I should rescheduled, they acted like I was the one who wanted to reschedule and it was too late for that. Interviewer was very low energy, gave me the impression like did not want to be doing that, went straight to questions. Very off-putting. I asked if the position required programming skills since I didn't have any and the position mentioned building data pipelines, the answer was that were no titles at Stripe and that the the data analyst was expected to do programming. Even if there are no titles, I would expect to have some kind of function description. I wondered to myself why they would pick a resume that clearly had to programming experience. Overall this was not a good experience, waste of time and it left a bad taste. I would not want to work with this manager even if I was qualified for what they were looking for. Another recruiter emailed the next day saying they decided not go to forward with my application (no surprise there)
