Contacted by Stripe recruited. Interview with the hiring manager within the same week. Was told to move forward in the process and asked to submit a 5 pages written project. No update after 3 weeks while one have to complete the thesis like project in 5 days and you don't get an update after the submission. The written project requiring at least 10 hours of research and not keeping the candidate update on the status after the submission and prolonged silence is unrespectful to any candidate who show genuine interest in the company.

Question 1
Situational question on the 1st and 2nd interview before moving to the written project stage
The written project requires candidates to prepare not more than 5 pages of memo on (1) recommendations of weekly business metrics to executive at Stripe, (2) how to go about determining the unit economics for the company (3) growth and investment decision
Case Study and Video Interview were well organized and thorough. Initial screening call followed by case study. Review of case study upon completion. Overall was a reasonable process to interview and showcase skills.

Interview
Got a referral and arranged a screening call with an internal Stripe recruiter based in Ireland.
Quick call (20min), a brief description of the role and asked "tell me about yourself".
4 weeks later, 3 email follow-ups... not a single answer. It seems it would be typical example of being ghosted.
Initial recruiter screen for 30 mins discussing background and the role and then first round zoom interview. Followed up with the recruiter multiple times after with no response, not even a rejection just completely ignored time and effort put into the process.
