Question 1
Name a time you were wrong…
What is your leadership style?
What is the most complex project or work steam you led?
How do manage cross functional teams?
Two interview rounds, fairly straight forward questions. First interview was mostly background, work history, and inquiries to familiarity with WorkDay, SalesForce, etc. About thirty minutes each round. Second round was more about culture fit.
Reached out for open roles on the people ops team.. spoke to a couple of team leaders who discussed having roles that would be a good fit. Submitted my formal application then received a boiler plate rejection email. When I reached out to ask for more feedback, I was ignored multiple times. Overall, a disappointing experience for a company I have always admired and was excited just to have a touch point with.
