I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe in Oct 2021
Interview
I had a screening with HR and then a 30 minute interview with Hiring Manager. I was rejected after the interview with the Hiring Manager.
Overall, very fast process and both the HR recruiter and Hiring Manager were very nice.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-How would you prioritize different tickets that we get?
In general, just behavioral questions with a few focused on time management
Awful long winded process, meeting countless stakeholders with no direct link to role. Alot of the people I spoke with talked of burnout from their roles and did not paint the picture of a nice place to work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe in Jul 2022
Interview
After an initial interview with a team member you are scheduled for a large number of interviews with different people from a range of teams in Stipe. Stripe should consider who they are putting forward for these interviews. I asked a simple question around work/life balance and not one person gave me any confidence that I would have a good work life balance working for Stipe.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (New York, NY)
Interview
1. Phone screen, 30 min, bullet point questions, not very formal or personable, experience information, role responsibilities, job-related questions.
2. Virtual interview with someone at the role, lots of scenario-based questions, personality, and a bit of tech knowledge, pretty casual, informal but professional. Not expected for you to know all the tech knowledge, just understand the concept of the industry.
3. Take home assignments and documentation to provide detailed responses. You can email back your recruiter for details on the questions.
