I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stripe in Aug 2023
Interview
Phone Screen with HM, Team Screen, Bug Squash, 4 interviews in Onsite interview.
The recruiter rescheduled the Onsite prep call 6 times even after proposing the new time by herself, and finally, the onsite prep call didn't happen. She asked me to send my questions over email to which I didn't receive any reply.
I was informed through a generic email regarding the unsuccessful outcome of the onsite, she asked about my availability for a feedback call and I never heard back from her after reaching out multiple times for the feedback.
I was really pumped up to interview with Stripe, but due to the hostile and discriminatory attitude of the recruiter, I will never apply to Stripe.
Worst recruiting experience!
Email requesting an interview
Initial phone screen ~30 minutes
Immediately received email requesting next round of interviews
Culture fit interview ~30 minutes
Technical interview ~30 minutes
Email indicating they'd moved on a few weeks later
