Interview
I was referred by a friend and was soon contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which I later learned was suppose to be after a phone screen. The hiring manager was really nice and the interview was more conversational rather than asking questions. In the middle of the interview, I realized the hiring manager was looking for a role with a slightly different background. Regardless, it was a pretty good experience.
